The Board of Directors of CENTURY had resolved to recommend a Single Tier Final Dividend of 4.0 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2009, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
The date of entitlement and date of payment in respect of the aforesaid Final Dividend will be determined and announced in due course.
