- MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP OF A SUBSIDIARY OF ITS WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY-FINAL MEETING

We refer to our announcement dated 4 August 2009, in relation to the Members' Voluntary Winding-Up of Century Film Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("CFT"), a subsidiary of its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Century Advance Technology Sdn. Bhd.
The Company wishes to annouce that following the Final Meeting of CFT duly convened on 8 June 2010, the Liquidator had on 14 June 2010 lodged the Returns relating to the Final Meeting with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and with the Official Receiver.
Upon the expiry of three (3) months after the said lodgement date i.e on 14 September 2010, CFT shall be dissolved.
This announcement is dated 16 June 2010.
